RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
- 7-Day Replacement: We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
- Proof Required: For damage claims, an unboxing video is mandatory to process the replacement.
- Non-Returnable: Custom-designed skins (using the builder) are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
- Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
